Worries on I-864, Hubby dont pay TAx-disability

good day mga sissies! medyo nag aalala ako kc. ang hubby ko 3yrs na na wala nagbayad ng tax kasi naoperahan nga xa, he's receiving disability compensation monthly... so hindi xa makaprovide nung ITRs and W2. yung co-sponsor lang.. Pwede kaya yun? thanks for answering.

pareho tayo sis yon din ang inalala ko..my husband has not filed taxes since 2009 to 2011 due to disability he was a victim of H1N1 and he was confined in ICU for 11 days and stayed 2 months in the hospital...so he lost the job and just received disability money for 2 years

we`re all the same situation, we`re living in the phils together for 3 1/2 yrs. worried what can we do, co sponsor is the best option but not sure if they will accept that..

All USCIS/NVC will want is proof of income and documentation to show why he does not have to pay federal tax. IRS publication 915 may help.
