Okay so we have our AOS interview on Monday, and this is what I have so far;

Birth certificates (Mine and spouse's - she is the USC)

Marriage certificate

Passport (Mine), I-94

K1 NOA2

Photographs

Wedding Invitation

Wedding gift cards

Letter from mum in law with whom we are living with which outlines living arrangement - wife's a full time student so we don't have a car, a credit card or a joint lease

Joint Bank account statements

We are not taking any I864/Sponsor documents (father in law is a joint sponsor) since we already submitted all of that with the medical initially. I suppose I am just looking for moral support and any last minute items we may be able to procure. Thank you very kindly for reading my post.

Hello! I was reading some posts here and noticed your timeline. Looks like we have almost the same timeline so I would like to ask you something. Hope you don't mind.

Between Apr 1 & Sept 3, 2012, did you hear/receive anything from USCIS regarding your AOS application? Im just curious coz I still haven't received/heard anything from them since the Transfer Notice (also no RFE, nothing whatsoever).

Thanks and congratulations on your recent GC approval! good.gif

I would be leaving for me interview in the morning, so yeah got me fingers crossed. Thanks!

I applied in June for me AOS at CSC, got an RFE in July as they wanted our co-sponsor's tax returns. Also got the EAD in mid August, and my status changed to Interview online on the USCIS website.

I'll suggest checking your case status online and see where it's at, if there's nothing new try giving them a call, I'm certain they'll be more than happy to oblige. :)

I have not heard anything from USCIS since transfer. I called them once but all they told me is to wait. USCIS has 180 days after the transfer to check your application and to decide to approve or not, If you still don't hear anything after 180 days. You can call USCIS and ask about your case and request to pull out your file or do service request.
