Hello everyone.

As I'm waiting and praying for our NOA2 to arrive soon. I get the bright idea to remodel the master bath for Mira's arrival later this year. After many years being a single man lets just say that the bathroom was very basic but clean. So I thought i would brighten it up with new paint and fixture and shower trying to give it a more woman's look. One it need to be upgraded and too it kept me busy so I'm not going crazy waiting for NOA2. So I'm almost complete and very proud of the job I did. I'm a big do-it yourself type and she ask me if she can use a pail for bathing as it is custom in her country. I find it very funny and humbling at the same time I said well sure. A pail is a lot cheaper than a new shower I'm sure but our CR will only be complete we she arrive and picks out a new pail. Then the bathroom will be complete. Hope you find it as funny as I did thanks for reading.

Oh...I can remember that so clearly.

I took many cold water pail baths there.....

Ah me to! Squat in the shower to get the "good run down the arms and legs" with the proper technique! Pretty effective though!

Only recently did she realize that you can get a drink of water from the refrigerator door or faucet without having to put it in the "water heater" first. :-))

If you put in a bath-tub as well, you can assure her that she will have the biggest 'pail' she could want in which to bathe - if she decides she still wants to take that route :) . It really does help us to remember just how good we have it. I'm sure your fiancee will enjoy her new bathroom.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

[Yes it is true. We are very lucky to have the things we have. I've been lucky enough to travel to many countries. In my experience Filipino are some of the warmest and happiest people i ever met. Goes to show you money isn't everything
