Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you.

Any one plz tell me how long this will take ,still in initial review ,anxiously waiting for this but no response .As per my research vermont take 5 to 6m .Plz tell me how long it will take to approved and then NVC.

The Current processing time for US Citizen filling for spouse at VSC is 5 months. i suggest you call USCIS Customer Service Office at 1-800-375-5283 for assistance. To give you an idea My I-130 Was Approved On June 15 2012 NVC received it On July 2 2012 NVC issued Case # on July 19 2012 Case Completed August 10 2012 now waiting for an interview date

I filed mine Mid April and almost through NVC. Maybe you didn't submitt enough evidence. I was approved within 2 months n 2 wks.

You are at VSC which has been abit backlogged lately. But you are jyst at 5 months so you are at the processing time not behind. VSC lately has been 6 to 9 months so all you can do is wait. It's too early for a service request. Sorry.

Thx for response ,butt sahib i called several tome at customer service but computer operates and reply same initial review,should i take to any representative r can i talk?

do u think that my case is late or normal processing time ,what should i do
