I am wondering if there is a local address for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services or if this is just one address that is used all the time by everyone?

I am going to use the PO box for sending the i-129f form however don’t I just send the Cover Letter in along with that?

I have to fill out the Cover Letter – what address do I use?

I have to fill out the Fiance Letter of Intent – What address do I use?

She has to fill out the Fiance Letter of Intent – what address does she use? (she lives in Dominican Republic)

Both letters of intent to marry are sent with the I-129f petition and sent to the same address.

The address is clearly stated on page 4 of the instructions.

Yes I have seen that I just wanted to make sure. Thanks for the help.

Cover letters are optional, address is irrelevent. Same for any other document included in the envelope. "To Whom It May Concern" or "Dear Adjudicator" would be fine.

Make sure the address on the OUTSIDE of the envelope is correct
