Hi, I am going to file crba for my son. My husband wont be able to attend the interview... Are there any documents needed for going to the interview without him?

Also, i have read about calling fed ex and having them send you forms for crba application. Can't i just print them myself? Ive read that i could print them myself and ive also read to call fedex. What is it really? Confused about this one.
