Contact Catholic Charities ... you don't have to be Catholic. There fees are based on your ability to pay. If you have no money, there is no fee.

thank u very much for your advice.

Here's a link within the link I just sent. If you're not in the Boston area any longer, just do a google search on "Catholic Charities" and add the nearest major city to you.

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

She may be obligated for some level of support for a while because she wasn't willing to complete the AOS. You are married and she has the only income. Because of her lack of action regarding the AOS and more specifically your ability to be employed, she may very well find herself providing spousal support during and after a divorce while you get on your feet.

There's nothing to withdraw. If you have been married for a year, your visa has expired and you are now out of status. Such status is generally 'forgiven' when two people are in a solid marriage relationship but since you are not, have not even begun the AOS process, you really do need to seek counsel to help to determine what you need to do next to protect yourself and your children.

im am doing that right now with some phone calls just to up date u. she came home today for five mins. And i had a chat about the marriage an asked her again about letting me no whats going on with our marriage and that i need to no now like yesterday. i was calm about it all she didint say to much back. and she still never gave me any clue to were shes at with her thoughts so i did mention that she was binded

to help me apply for the change of status by law and that she hasnt as yet. her reply to that was that i was using emotional blackmail and that i was threatening her an she got in her car an left this is her state of mind. thats what i have to deal with. And to cap it off i rang her last week to ask her to come home beause i had broken down and couldnt cope with the babys. and she told me that her marrige was not as inportant as her job and that she wasnt coming home so i had to cope all day with any help from her. she also nos that because the babys were born here i dont have any rights over them thay are us citizens. under us law even if a baby in born overseas to a us citizens they are automaticly classed as us citizens it just get crazyer dosent it.

theres two ways i see all of this. and its thats shes really confused about the marriage and that shes really thinking of the heartache its going to cause everyone. or shes dug a big hole for herself and is scared shitless about wots going to happen to her. if this all comes out in the open. as i have mentioned the abuse issiues to her in the past. because thats how i fill like im being treated thats why she want give me an answer as too what i need to no. ive told her im not going to just leave with my tail between my legs if thats what she wants me too do. shes allready told me thats she thinks its in the best intrest of my son to return to the uk. there gos that god thing again. she really aint the person to be judgeing that. Boo...

There's not much help that we can provide you in terms of your marriage relationship. Unfortunately, you can't force your wife to sit down to speak with you. You're going to have to determine your own level of tolerance for how you are being treated. Perhaps putting some distance between you is a good idea, so she would see what life it like without you managing the household for her.

Either way, it doesn't sound like a heatlhy situation. No one else can judge that but you.
