Hello, just compelted and sent in EP petitioner packet and just want to be sure this is all I need for the beneficiary IV packet. Note: We are doing EP.

DS-230

2 photos to accompany the DS-230

Marriage certificate

Police Certificates

passport biographic page

birth certificate

Is this everything i need to send for EP? I read somewhere that i also need 2 photos for the medical? but I'm doing EP so do i need that considering just be a copy of the other 2 photos for ds-230?

Thank you!

timeline.gifAnd make sure it's accurate. It says you're going through Armenia but looking at previous posts you made you're actually going through Canada.

For Canadians, you don't do the DS-230. You're required to the do the online form DS-260. Besides that though your IV package is correct.

Whether doing EP or not you still need 2 passport photos for the medical. The panel physician does not get your package so they have no way of having your pictures. And remember you will need another 3 for the interview in Montreal.

I suggest you read the wiki I wrote on EP and online forms. It's linked in my signature below.

Thank you!

I'm preparing the documents for the IV package to send in email. I was wondering would it be ok on the coverletter I use my (Petitioner) signature?

Although the IV package is information about the beneficiary, I don't think NVC will have a problem if the cover letter is signed by the petitioner.
