I was interviewed by the Baltimore office too & just like you, the interviewer wasn't giving any indication that I was approved.. Weird.... After my interview, the man just told me to wait for a decision in the mail... It's been a week already & my case has been touched twice in the USCIS website... & unlike you, my I-94 wasn't taken... When was your interview anyhoo?

Don't be discouraged.... Just keep your head up & if you don't hear anything from them for quite sometime, make an INFOPASS appointment.. That's what I'm planning to do if I don't hear from them soon...

Hi there! I've read somewhere here that people who come in the U.S. from Canada don't necessarily need an I-94... I'm not so certain but people have different cases so I'm sure you're going to be fine...

Try to relax. Baltimore is taking their sweet little time. Our interview was in September but did not receive the card until May...due to security checks. The USCIS office in Baltimore would not give us any information after several INFOPass appointments to check the status. I finally got an answer when our Congressman got involved. We were told they have six months before they can make a decision.

Hopefully, you can hear something very soon. Good luck.
