If lessening the burden on corporations is what will create jobs, then in light of that already lessened burden I have to ask: Where are the jobs?

In jurisdictions with even lower (or zero) corporate taxes.

It's not a sufficient condition.

How about Hong Kong? Their unemployment rate is 3.2%.

Personal income is taxed at 15-17%, corporations pay about the same. No capital gains tax.

How about Austria? High taxes and low unemployment. Low taxes don't necessarily lead to low unemployment just as high taxes don't necessarily lead to high unemployment. You can find countries with high taxes and low unemployment just as you can find countries with low taxes and high unemployment. It's a bit more complex than that.
