Its unlikely that you will be granted a tourist visa. The qualifications your father used dont apply to you. Your case will be decided on its merits alone.

The fact that your father owns a company there has nothing to do with you. You must meet to strongest ties rule to have a chance. You will have to prove beyond a doubt that you must return. If they connect you to the fact that your parents are going as well it might be difficult because it means the whole family is in the USA at the same time. Your ties are to them.

You wont know until you step up to the window what the outcome will be.

What ties do YOU have? Ie do you have a good job, enrolled in school or university etc?

I forgot to mention that i do have a job and its with my dad with his company im registered and i also go to school

At 17 and from Morocco you have little chance. The only way to ever know is to pay the fee and step up to the window. This is about your ability to understand how to prove your ties to Morocco. There may be many questions about your ability to pay ect that will cause the denial if you even get a chance to be asked.

Don't know how anyone can say that a minor who's parents both have tourist visas will "unlikely" to get a tourist visa without more background information.

What types of ties would a minor have aside from parents? Minors usually dont have jobs, children, or property.

Good luck on your interview. Without knowing about your situation, it is extremely hard to know if you will be granted a visa. Relax and answer truthfully and confidently at your interview.

I voiced my opinion based on what the O P said. If you dont agree I simply dont care. Its is in fact unlikley in my opinion that a 17 year old will be issued a tourist visa. Especially from Morocco. Add to that the fact that his parents will be going to the USA. To me this means his ties are to his parents and NOT his country.

You say minors "usually dont have jobs". This one does and I know many that do. I also know some minors with children; some right here in the USA.

What more about his situation do you need to know to advise him so you can ensure him about getting the visa? Maybe he can spell it out for you so you can be the guiding light. I also want to see what you have to offer. The best you can offer so far is " good luck". Do you really think luck plays a part?

The truth is simple. I am 17 years old. I work for my daddy. Both of my parents are traveling to the USA as tourists and I want to go with them.

Depending on how strong your ties are to Morocco, you may have a chance at getting your visa. The only way to know for sure is to try. Good luck!

Let us know how it goes. Nobody here knows.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
