Hrm so, I keep checking my account on USCIS' website, but since completing my biometrics, there have been no "touches" and no official updates either. Is this too early to hope for any movement? Is it possible that I won't see any touches at all until a sudden move to EAD approval/interview date assignment?

Do we have any Application status as 'Touched' also? When i check status i don't see such thing.

Could you pls tell me about this? :bonk:

Aw, damn. I had not considered this, but it is a definite possibility. But this should not affect the EAD, at least, since there is a 90-day timeframe for that. I'm not as concerned about the ultimate interview, but I do hope the EAD stays on track.

As for the person who asked about touches, it just refers to whether your application shows an updated date or not. You can see this by creating a USCIS account (type: customer) and periodically checking in on your case number(s).

Anyone have an idea of when in the process you receive AP if you've applied?? Does that come with the EAD or do you have to wait until the interview??

if you applied for EAD and AP, it comes as a combo card :)

whether it comes before or after the interview, it varies.
