Congrats! That's great news :)

We're still waiting for an interview date. We've been stuck at the scheduling stage for a month now, GRRRRRRR :bonk:

I know the waiting sucks. You will be next!

We have our interview!!

12 February!!!

Whoooopeeeeee! I never applied for advance parole, and our Australian wedding celebration and honeymoon in Fiji is scheduled for August, so hopefully this means it will all be sorted. :-)

Uh...what? You said you got the NOA's but then you said you didn't get the email NOAs. Then you said the hard copies are on their way. So what exactly did you get? I'm confused.

08/25/2012- Married

09/14/2012 - Mailed AOS package (I-130,I-485,I-765) via USPS Express Mail.

09/17/2012 - Package delivered by USPS.

09/18/2012 - text notification receivefor 765/131 but not 485.

09/22/2012 - NOAs for I-130/ I-765 received in the mail.(not for I-485)

09/27/2012 - Biometrics appt scheduled for 10/04/2012.Had case number for I-485.

09/29/2012- duplicate letter for Biometrics appt.received.

10/10/2012 – Biometrics completed..

11/19/2012 - Case status checked and showed EAD/AP approved/production. No text or letter received.

11/27/2012 - EAD/AP combo card received

Our case went to interview scheduling on Dec 2nd and we haven't received the letter with an interview date yet. The waiting game sucks but at least you have your EAD/AP (same with my husband), I guess that's something.

start to prepare interview.... 15 days left.....

- 7/23/2008 came to US with F-1 visa
- 9/11/2012 I-485, I-130 and I-765 package sent to USCIS Chicago lockbox
- 9/12/2012 package delivered and signed by XXX
- 9/14/2012 received email with receipt numbers
- 9/17/2012 check cashed
- 9/30/2012 received hard copy of biometrics appointment on 10/19/2012, notice dated on 9/21/2012
- 10/12/2012 successfully walk-in one week earlier without asking reason at New York Long Island City office
- 11/5/2012 started to work in a new firm
- 11/11/2012 EAD approved!!! AWESOME!
- 11/19/2012 EAD card delivered, one day ahead of my birthday!
- 1/11/2013 received txt and email about interview time
- 2/14/2013 interview - Got APPROVED on the spot!!
- 2/27/2013 USCIS online update - 485 decision!! we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status :) Later, my 130 update too!!!
- 3/4/2013 Card Production!!

I was so excited to receive interview letter but now I am getting nervous.. Good luck! We have 8.5 days left.. Btw, my husband is from MN.. lol

Pole jo, I feel for you. Suspense is always nerve racking, and i am the most impatient guy. As long as you have not been RFE'd, you should be fine. So many confusing stuff happens at the USCIS,but eventually all the dust will settle and we will keep this behind us. Keeping the faith is ok,but i would also suggest infopassing, isije kawa imekaliwa na msee.

I finally got approved for my greencard!yeah......I went for the interview today and got approved.Mjamuhuri nishtue
