Time between Packet 3 and 4

We sent our Packet 3 including the DS-2001 to the London Embassy delivered August 24th. Calling the DOS, they told me that the Embassy has received the medical information, but has not reviewed out Packet 3. I was just wondering what other applicants were experiencing in terms of the time between when they sent out their packet 3 and when they received their interview date. Thanks!

Im still waiting too. Mailed DS-2001 and DS-230 on the 15th August. I sent it tracked and it arrived on the 16th. Medical was the 23rd August. Im still yet to hear anything.

I called today and they said they havent reviewed our last packet yet. The man said there is a backlog and it's taking up to 6 weeks. He then refused to give me an email code! I told him i would still like to email them and he eventually gave it to me.

I sent mine on the 18th Aug (But not recorded) and nothing yet, called DOS who said nothing has been logged, got a little worried at the start of the week and resubmitted it (This time recorded delivery) all with a cover note, hopefully this shouldn't affect my visa!

After talking to them in emails, they said that its taking 3-4 weeks to log documents they have received but they're a few days behind that at the moment due to the two public holiays.

We sent packet 3 back in early August and the medical arrived at the embassy 2 weeks ago. Last I knew, they've logged packet 3 and the medical for us, but we are still waiting on an interview date also.

No news over here yet. They confirmed my DS forms were logged on the 14th september. 4 weeks and 1 day after they received them! Still no interview yet.

They wouldnt give me the code either but i insisted and said i want to discuss it with somebody by email and he gave it to me eventually.

Just spoken to DOS today, London logged my documents today, so hopefully I should have an interview date soon! Whoop!!

It seems the last few days a lot of us who sent our packet 3's off in mid August are getting interview dates so we all need to hang in there! Fyi I sent mine on Aug 28th & got confirmation that it had been logged on Sept 4th. Couldn't tell you why it was so efficient but if anything once it is logged, it's even more frustrating not knowing what they are doing about your interview date!

Holly I am sure you will be soon. Didn't you have your medical on the 23rd Aug? Tasha

Yeah the medical was on the 23rd August. They confirmed that they received that. If I dont have an interview date by next thursday (6 weeks since DS forms were received) then i will email again. Once you have the code you can just click reply and no more calls for codes that they dont want to give out.

Good to know thanks. I am sure you will hear any day, 6 weeks should be more than enough. I will be 4 weeks on Wednesday so I will request an email code then.
