I-485 rejected

ive got a rejection letter from USCIS so the reason the application got rejected is because one of the application was not properly signed they sent me back all the forms and documents so in this case, shall i just sign the application form and resend all the documents again or shall i provide new copies of application forms and documents since they print something on the old ones (just like series of numbers)

do I resubmit the same exact forms and documents that have been returned to me, which have been marked, or do have reprint everything? I would appreciate any help and thank you!, do i need to just sign it since its the only thing that is lacking?

Sign the document where your signature was needed and send the same documents back. They are still valid and hold true.

actually the form i-485 was for my daughter, USCIS said that i as the parent should sign on my daughter's signature block since she's under 14 y/o. because originally i signed at the block that says "signature of person preparing form" which USCIS said that is invalid. so in this case shall i reprint the signature page only? or just sign on the original one which would show 2 signatures of mine when i do that.

In this case, reprint the signature page only and sign on the correct block, as you are filing on her behalf.

@ Gegel, I also applied i-485 for my kids, they are almost 15 and almost 17, so I have them signed in their own box and I also signed nest to theirs, still inside the box, do you think it'ld be accepted?

You enter the name of your child. S/he is the applicant and you, as the guardian are signing the petition n his/her behalf for s/he is under 14 years of age.  Make sure you also sign section 6, as the preparer of the document.

At their age, over 14, they can sign their own application. You can sign on section 6 as the preparer of the application, as evidence that you the father, obviously agree and vouch for the information entered. Good luck!

Part 5 of the form is all about the applicant, which is your kid. All the information should be his, except for the signature, so it is his/her name that should be in the 'name' box.

On Part 6 you should enter your information, as the preparer of the document, including name and signature.
