Customs, Immigrations Forms???

My hubby is flying to the States tonight, what forms will he have to fill out on the plane? I usually fill out a blue & white customs/immigration form, but I am a citizen.

I remeber that the form has boxes to check off for Citizens, and perm. residents....but he's neither. Can someone share their POE experience puhl-eeze

incorrect--he is now perm resident (the CR-1 is a GC)

Well, I'll post PFI processing experience at Dorval (for EB-3 GC). He will need to show the officer the brown envelope and will then be directed to a separate room where FP will be taken. Afterwards, I-551 stamp in passport and he waits (at home) for the plastic (in this case, conditional 2-year) GC.

We didn't do the Cr1, we decided to do the K-3 because it moved faster, since he's coming in an a K-3 is he considered a Perm Resident? or is that only after he completes the AOS?

After AOS (or consular interview; with K-3, you have this option).
