About to submit my I-130 Petitions. Do I have all the bases covered? Thanks in advance.

Dear Sir/Madam:

I, Donald XXXXXXXXXXX, a citizen of the United States, would like to file a I-130 Petition for a CR-1 visa for my spouse, XXXX XXXXXXXX, and a second I-130 Petition for a CR-2 visa for my stepdaughter, XXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXX. Since my stepdaughter will be accompanying my spouse to the United States, I would respectfully request that the processing for their visas reflect that.

Please find enclosed the following required and supporting documents for my spouse:

1. Completed and signed form I-130 with continuation sheet

2. Check for I-130 filing fee

3. Completed and signed form G-325A and photograph (petitioner)

4. Completed and signed form G-325A and photograph (beneficiary)

5. Copy of my U.S Passport to prove U.S citizenship

6. Copy of my birth certificate

7. Copy of our marriage certificate

8. Copy of divorce decrees for both petitioner and beneficiary

9. Copy of beneficiary’s birth certificate and passport

10. Copy of affidavit sworn to and affirmed by a third party having personal knowledge of the bona fides of the marriage and photographic evidence of the marriage

11. Completed form G-1145

I don't think you need a Copy of beneficiary’s birth certificate and passport but i guess that wouldn't hurt.

Also you are submitting passport to provde citizenship and birth certificate..both are not required but wouldn't hurt either.

Day 11/16 AOS Package Accepted

Day 11/20 Received Text with receipt numbers

Day 11/21 Checks cashed

Day 11/26 -Letter for Biometrix - its on 12/20

Day 12/20/ went to do biometrics, turn away as wife has a cut on thumb - will try to walk in next week

Day 12/28 - bio metrics done ! - walked in San Diego as we were visiting my in laws.

Day 1/4/2013 - received text/email that case is ready to be scheduled for interview !

Day 1/15/2013 - received hard copy letter to let us know interview is on 2/12 !

Day 1/17/2013 - received text/email that EAD has been approved

Day 1/26/2013 - received EAD card

Day 2/12 - interview done - approved on spot!

I realize there are a couple things included that are not necessary, but I since I have them, I might as well include them.

There is frontloading evidence, and there is including pieces of fluff. By including necessary items, you are doing nothing more than putting pieces of fluff in the file that do nothing to help your case.

September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)

November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
