U think it was so easy for us too???/ The process we go through pertains to all of us. Each circumstance is different and each relationship is different. Do u think our spouses from another country left their families b/c they ONLY want a wife/husband .PLEASE. Most who marry americans want to be in America helloooooo. Its up to each one to decide about ourselves. Who are u to judge. I am not breaking any laws. If my brother in law comes he WILL go to school. He will not overstay his visa. U think the consulate is stupid? They know all who go for visa is to come to the United States. They just dont want us to think they are stupid. Yes I make enough money to support his family if I had to. Its not your business. And Sarah u think your better then me hahahhahahaha. be careful yourself with your Moroccon. Thats all i have to say. I never thought I would get these responses.

If you post your business on a public forum then you make it our business.... if you were looking for only selective replies then this was not the place to post....

When you post on a public forum you have to take the good with the bad....

Kez

I agree with Kez, you asked and you got, basically it is not about what you are saying but what you are "asking" see my previous post and I still stand by what I said, with statements like those "how to act like school is important" you are not going to put on the form that he went to uni for 4 years in Morocco and failed, plus "what reasons should he give for wanting to go to school in the USA" they all ring warning bells to me

As for being so insulting to Sarah, that is way below the belt, but then again if you want to be like that I do not think you are in a position to be calling Sarah or her husband following on from what you wrote

[The reason god put spaces in between your fingers was so another person's hands could fill it up.

My british husband would disagree as would many other spouses from different countries. For some of us deciding WHERE to live was a long drawn out process. Last I checked I promise to Love Honor and "Use you for a Greencard" wasn't part of the vows. Best of luck in your future multiple cases that we can all see are looming. How you choose to be taken for a ride is your business but OUR government doesn't have to hop in next to you.

And so he did what countless punk-rock songs had told him to do so many times before: he lived his life

10/07/2006 WEDDING DAY!

11/14/2006 AOS packet made it to 'the box' after being overnighted.

12/02/2006 Paul had biometrics

12/14/2006 AOS Forwarded to CSC AND AP Application approved.

01/17/2007 First touch of 2007 at CSC

01/20/2007 Touched AGAIN (also the 18th) come on...

February: Oops, RFE for a REGISTERED marriage certificate. Oops! Overnighted it.

02/28/2007 Paul gets email letting us know his GREENCARD is on it's way! It's done...for now!

03/09/2007 Paul's greencard arrives. And breathe...

We began with mailing the I-129 in on February 27, 2006 so the whole process took us approx. one year.

Good luck out there!

Totall agree.

Sort of poster who comes back 6 months later eventually realising she has been scammed and wanting USCIS to sort it out for her.

I can see the post at VJ in next two yr

'Husband scams me. How can I stop his removal of condition proceeding.'

Happens all the time. People are just warning you.

It is easier said than done to pay for college education. Most americans with good paying jobs save start saving for kids education when they are young. Is surprising how you believe you can cover the tution easily. Forking $10000+ per yr is not easy. It better not to make promises.

You should stop using insulting language. You asked questions and people will reply how they see fit. If you wanted information there are many websites. Public discussion forums are to discuss things and people will discuss the topic as they see fit.

She's been posting all over the place trying to find out how to bring her husband's family over. She was shocked they couldn't just apply for a visa, and asked "isn't there an easier way?". Then suddenly the brother is goig to apply for a student visa even though he's been to college in Morocco.

If there's someone who needs to worry about their Moroccan, it ain't Sarah.

You seem like the prime example of a person abusing the system, causing other honest people to have to wait longer for processing.

This is what puts us the honest ones in a negative spotlight.

I sincerely hope that is the spouses leaving their countries do so to be with their wife/husband, not for some immigration benefits...the highlighted part of what you said shows your intentions and thinking.
