Got a letter from consulate

It is a 1 page letter simply stated they have received my fiancee K visa. It included the instruction to fill out DS-2001 and DS-230 Part 1. Is this considered as package 3? Anyone know how long till we receive package 4 (interview appointment date)?

I am happy and nervous at the same time.

yup, that is package 3. now you have to send the requested forms back. the consulate will send you package 4 after they schedule an interview date. the package 4 will include an apointment letter. Then you fiance could go to get vaccination and medical exam. Good luck.
