hey mumbai- congrats for not laying idle. please update and let us know if u hear anything by the 29th. i am hopeful that you will. I'm so glad u got through to someone. when i hit 5 months i will be calling as much as i can as well.. i refuse to lay down and play dead!

update - called USCIS and its confirmed they like to throw darts in dark , today i was told by first level CS they are working on april 2 not april 5 but this is First Level CS i didnt feel the need to spk to Tier 2 today , anyway called my Congressman office today to find out what action they have taken from there side but the immigrant specialist in there office is out till wednesday will call on wed to find out what action they have taken from there side, planning to write to my senator this friday if i dont get NOA2 this week.

I am giving my 100% to make sure i do whatever i can from my side.

When my 5 months hits i plan on looking back to this thread and following your steps. Thanks for the update!!!!!!!!!!!!!

05/02/12 - I-129F sent

5/04/12 - I-129F NOA1

11/15/12 - Approved I-129F NOA2 (6.5 months!!)

11/29/12 - NVC Received

12/10/12 - USEM Case Received

12/12/12 - Packet 3

12/21/12 - Packet 4

1/16/13 - Medical Exam

1/17/13 - Interview- computers crashed.... or so they claim!

1/28/13 - New interview date- Admin. Processing

2/4/13 - Denial- No waiver can apply

July 14 2013 - Moved to Vienna with my dog and 3 suitcases!

Vermont is seriously backed up. There are many March filers waiting in line, but yet VSC bounces around and approves March 20th filers! It's baffling. I've had my congresswoman inquire twice, and both times only ended up with a standard generic form letter doing nothing. I had a service request done on Sept. 12, but have heard nothing. Monday is day 200.
