Done with my interview Sept 4, 2012

I was given a 221g. They were asking for my NBI with AKA. Sent the requested NBI on Sept 5.

They received it Sept 6. They kept my passport. The problem is i forgot to drop my delivery form on window 69

Will this cause a huge problem?

I better tell my wife not to forget that.

Do they give you that form in the embassy???

I had my BC corrected on 2004 that's why they need a new nbi with AKA.

gotcha, coz me and my wife is already panicking when we saw this, we got confuse for a bit.

No we did not return the form in the embassy. I am thinking that maybe its ok because they already hve my address and contact number on our records that we sent in NVC. And the bald guy on the window said that we may go without asking to drop anything anywhere :$ But i had to make sure thats why i'm trying to call USEM yestrday. The kept saying "sorry the number u dialed us ncorrect pls try again later" when i tried again, the line is already busy

I myself, forgot to drop by Window 69 after my interview (September 5) but I returned to USEM after we had lunch just to drop

the forms for me to calm my senses. Just try to contact them instead, maybe you can send them a message at facebook cuz they

respond right away.

For married ladies, they should need an NBI with AKA... AKA for the name when they are still single

or other spelling of their names they used.

You can try emailing them also.
