Hi

we just received our Choice of Agent form, I have noticed that some of us have emailed the form. I have a few questions in regards to this:

should I download the form from the web and email it to nvcinquiry@state.gov,

what happens to signature, and what to do with bar code info on the form. (maybe scan the form?)

also we both received a separate form, should we both just email them separately, or together in one email

sorry if this questions are d... but between work, renovation on the house and this process, my brain is fried

thanks for your help
