Timeline

I am new and thought I would ask, I am currently petitioned for, I am at the NVC stage I will need 2 waivers all that is fine,

I wanted to know if I travelled to The Bahamas for 14 dys days to visit with a friend will that affect my case by travelling out of my home country and is there a possibility they will ask for evidence proving I stayed home this past 16 yrs. If evidence is needed I have bank statements,2 parttime contract jobs for 2012 paystubs,Dr record for recently,reciepts for furniture purchased, and I been involved with a church last 3 yrs. I did have an arrest history & deportation Thanks in advance

I should think its ok to vacation in Bahamas with no prob

I dont think they would need a police report for 2 wks

As to your other questions I dont have answers, someone

else will come along and answer,Have fun in Bahamas.

PS: I notice you R in Jamaica do they have straight flights

to Nassau? check it out I thought JAs transits thru Miami &

I dont think you could transist thru the USA.
