We sent BIO page of her Ukraine travel doc to NVC she is 14 and they sent us RFE for passport BIO page. Ukraine does not not require pasport till 18, will we have to try and expedite one? Any help appreciated of course.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Is she included in her mother's passport? Send that.

She can be added to the mothers passport. I suggest you do that. Ukraine will not issue her an international passport at age 14. They either get the travel document or added to mother's/parent's passport
