Timeline

Hi Vj,AOS shows PAID on payment Portal and my wife mail the AOS from work to NVC already by mail but we got an email yesterday stated my wife need to go to www.ImmigrantVisas.states.gov and print out AOS form and filled out then mail it to NVC or filled out and scan it to NVC...do we need to do? does it neccesary for my wife to fill AOS form online and scan it and email it to NVC after sending the AOS from work by mail?

You don't need to worry about that you don't need to fill out and scan anything, besides Nigeria is not among the electronic processing countries.... its just an instruction of what to do, but you have already done that so you are okay

You have to realize everybody isn't blessed like us and know the what's up and all that. So the email notification of for those who don't know about the preparedness like we do ahead f time. Hurry get those papers in so we can load up the embassy with spousal Visa's.

But my question is will the scanned AOS be accepted if she had scanned it irrespective of which country the application will be sent by nvc? I asked because we haven't gotten to that stage. But that when that time comes, we would do it right. Thank you in advance for your further enlightenment...

Nigeria is not among the electronic processing countries

All documents must be original and sent to NVC by mail

If you scan anything and send to NVC, they will not accept it
