For the medical exam, my advice will be: the earlier the better. I had my medical exam third week of August and my interview will be on September 13. I read somewhere here in VJ that there are some who failed the medical exam. So I had it early just to lessen my anxiety. But there's also a few who had their medical exam a week before the interview. So I guess your targeted date will be fine. Just remember to bring the necessary documents like her passport, four pieces 2x2 picture, NVC letter (if you don't have it you can show your appointment letter or NOA2 or any document that shows you MNL case number). You can also pre-register online for the patient data sheet. Here's the link: http://www.slec.ph/us/registration/ It saved me a lot of time when I went there because there was a long queue but none for the online queue.

My fiance have a letter of employment dated August 22 and my interview will be next week. For me it is pretty recent.. I can not have an earlier LOE because he mailed it and took almost a week before I received it. For the pay stubs, he only gave me his June-August.

We included a lot of pictures, phone bills and skype calls from the start of our relationship until August of this year. I guess it is better to include your previous chat-logs, phone bills, etc. this will really support your on going relationship. You don't have to worry if you have hundreds of pages... you're not alone! I have like 200 pages too! As a lot of VJ'ers here say, it is better to be "over-prepared."

In my experience it's kinda risky to have Medical schedule near Interview Schedule, you could undergo medical like 2-3 weeks before interview to make sure that medical is okay. or if you really wanted to risk, make sure she is healthy enough to undergo medical (no colds, cough or fever) cuz if she failed in her Xray exam she will undergo Sputum test(3days) and will culture it for 2mo. so its hell of delays.
