But if all teachers are evil unionized money grubbers, who greedily spend their massive median gross income of $43,000 grand a year ...

$43,000 grand a year? Man, that's $43,000,000.00. I am so becoming a teacher. Right now. **, that's better than winning the lottery. I'd make more money than Mitt! I can certainly find a nice spot in Michigan where the trees are the right height.

Because unions normally self-abuse; their actions normally prevent companies from becoming more efficient, more competitive, and more profitable.

How many airlines have had issues due to unions? how many car manufacturing companies have had issues? I think it's perfectly acceptable people for people to want middle-class incomes if they do the work to deserve it and aren't living in some union-mandated 'bubble' where they are safe and protected from being judged on how well they do their job.

Judge someone on their performance, ability and motivation. Not on how long they've been there, or whether they've paid their dues. Some teachers work to get tenure and then give up as they are pretty much safe from being judged. That's wrong, isn't it?

So money paid to wage-earners prevents competitiveness and profitability but outrageous CEO incomes and perks does not? More BS to add to the enormous pile!

For CEO incomes, substitute union leader incomes. Same result, just a different colour. <_<

Not even close. Union leader pull down good six figure salaries. On average, they may be compensated at 10 times the average pay of workers. If that. CEO's pull down quite a bit more. Sure, they make six figures, too. A week. I think at current, CEO pay is somewhere between 400 - 500 times the average pay of their workers. Call me silly but I see a pretty significant difference there.

But the principle is the same. The union leaders just aren't as good at it. ;)

Could be why they are so anxious to increase thei unions' memberships.

The parasite is not as big as the host, but can still destroy the source of nutrition for both. And when there are more parasites than can be tolerated, we have the situation you have over here.

Sorry, Communism is a failure, as has been demonstrated over and over again.
