Okay so I am very unsure of the "touched case" term being thrown around. My question is where on earth does it say "touched" or show that my case has even be looked at? This is the screen shot I see, can someone point it out?

Thanks,

K

In the upper left corner of the page in your photo you see "Sign up for case updates". If you click on that and then follow steps to create a new account and then to add your I-129F petition to that account, you will reach a page which shows you a table with all of the cases you have added to your account (in your scenario, you will only have one case added which is your I-129F).

This table will have a section in it that says "Date Last Updated". The date in this column is where the "touch" makes its appearance. Essentially, your petition may still be in initial review status, but the date in that column may get updated at some point even though your status still remains the same. That's what a "touch" is.
