There's no such thing as a nice lead on New England.

Yep - especially if you are Buffalo.

Philly hangs on and beats the Giants. It was a bad day for the NY football teams as it was an O-fer 3 day with the Bills, Jets and Giants losing. The Giants game was close, the other two were massacres. You just never know in the NFL. Houston, Arizona and Atalanta remain undefeated. The Saints have fallen to 0-4, what happened to them? New England had a big win in Buffalo but still gave up over 400 yards, not good. And we are playing the Broncos and the Jets the next two games. I just have no good feeling about the defense this year.

Scandal's Teddy Bears are playing in the Monday night game. Can I bait him into making an appearance again? Maybe someone can hit him up on Facebook and let him know I am requesting his presence again?

I don't think I have ever seen Brady open up as big as a can of whoop azz as he did against the Bills. blink.gif

My Texans are looking good. Definitely the best defense in football. I still am questioning the offense somewhat but with the Texans also having maybe one of the top offensive lines in football that makes a lot of things OK. 4 and 0. Can't see them losing much this year. star_smile.gif

Houston is looking great, no doubt about it. And they're putting 30+ on the board every week too. They play the Ravens in two weeks and they play us up here in December for a Monday night game. It will be interesting to see how long they remain undefeated.

Oh, what a game...

Ditto for the Cardinals. 4-0 is a great start. They have some tough games coming up, The Packers in GB, Atlanta is an away game for them, and thy have the 49er's in SF to boot. I think those games will be a real test of where the Cardinals are.

The Texans should have an easy win over the Jets next week.

Yep. When I looked at their schedule before the start of the season, I thought they'd have another 8 - 8 season unless they got lucky and squeezed out a couple more wins to be 10 - 6. As impressive as their Defense is, Miami exposed their weaknesses in the secondary. They also missed a lot of tackles from overplaying, especially on Special Teams. They're going to have to address those areas when they face Rogers in GB and Ryan in Atlanta. What's most surprising for me is how effective Kolb has been at QB. I really thought the running game was going to be the Cards saving grace on Offense, but Kolb's passing for the most part has been on target. Did you see his touchdown pass to Roberts that sent the game into overtime?

That was a nice throw and a nice catch. He put the ball where only Roberts could catch it. I'm glad that the Cards are doing well. Except when they beat us, of curse. I mean of course.
