I've sent the I-864 and all the documents last August 9, 2012 for both of my parents.

Can anybody tell me what's next and any time-saver tips.

I need answers please:

I was assigned as an Agent in the DS-3230, so will I send the DS-230 to NVC with all the supporting documents or is it going to be my parents that will send it to the US Embassy to apply for Visa?

The reason why I ask because, if I am going to send - I will start collecting all the supporting documents to save time; OR if my parents are to send-then I will send them the documents that are needed for the DS-230.

I would appreciate any information on this IR-5 process, especially from the VJ users from the Philippines.

thanks!

the opinions that i express in this website are my own and are not legal advise...thank you...
