has anyone actually paid the $395.00 fee and pursued the appeal process??? if so how long did it take??was the denial reversed??mine was on lack of relationship??after 6-8 months of being lost and in the fraud prevention unit for a long time!! no fraud so they decided on the simple elementary favorite denial the relationship one they never asked for additional documents they were hell bent on the fraud issue they were dissapointed!!! then last resort was the relationship ???letters from my senators office really provoked them they even told my fiancee that at one of her 4 interviews thanks a lot joe in pa
