Hi Vj Member,Can anyone please tell me how many days/weeks it takes for NVC to send IV Packet invoice bill and available to be paid on Payment Portal after AOS shows PAID on payment portal?

Once they accept your DS-3032, it take between 3-5days for the IV to be invoiced and once paid, it takes about a day or 2 to show paid

Thanks winnie,though i have emailed DS 3032 template email twice to assigned my wife as agent but they never reply and also my wife mail DS 3032 to assigned her as agent but we never get any response...How do we know if they accepted DS 3032 and how long it takes for them to accept it? because i only get auto response since almost 2 weeks i have sent DS 3032 email template but i have never get any response from them?

They will send you an email regarding the DS-3032 stating whether they have accepted it or not...... at the mean time keep calling them to know if they have seen it...... and dont send any more DS-3032 you have sent alot already

Waooooooooooooo thanks winnie,this is wonderful i honestly just got email from NVC few minutes ago before i emailed you but i didnt check but it says now they received and accepted it,they will be sending further instructions to my wife,designated agent....so should i be expecting the IV invoice in 3-5 days? and when should i sent the IV Packet? yeah they will send the IV bill soon, hopefully it will be less than 5 days, i got mine invoiced in 3 days after i got the acceptance email

once you have paid the IV bill and its showing paid, send the IV document ASAP, you will get a case complete in a week

I can see an october date for you
