Hi all let me discuss my case on 08/19/12 we sent our complete I-130,received 8/21/12 and got our hardcopy NOA1 on 8/29/12 from CSC and when I was checking our status since I have our receipt number to track,I read that our case was transferred to missouri on 08/29/12...what does it mean??it is positive or negative?it can delay our case or help to make our case fast???thankss

Theres a few of us that this has happened to.....but you're the first Ive heard from CSC.

I was thinking as Vermont is so behind they had sent cases over to Missouri to relieve the pressure a bit,Im not sure why yours would be sent, maybe its something theyre doing with CR1s at the moment......just wait a few days and check your status again, mine changed back to USCIS office.......its very confusing!!!!

If all movement is good then thats great.....but you shouldnt have to tell us this(thankyou by the way)

The system itself is seriously flawed with no thought about how confusing this entire process is....they would not have as many calls from anxious petitioners if they just gave a small explanation when informing us our cases have been moved. People react much better when they feel they know why and whats going on.

Just a: Your case has been transferred, this is a normal process and nothing to be concerned about.

Not too much to ask for you would think.
