This probably won't be much of a condolence to most, but the processing times on the USCIS website have been updated. VSC is at July 2nd, and CSC is at July 5th. Fingers crossed for some more approval

I am so upset with VSC not fair.. They need to do something. they used to process and approve cases in 3months

First of all CONGRATS to all whose file has been approved.....

Today i have received a msg from USCIS with latest update on my case n it says ....On January 18, 2013, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance.

During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed either during an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional information or documentation. USCIS reviews the applicant's/petitioner's criminal history, determines if there are national security concerns that need to be addressed, and reviews the application/petition for fraud indicators.

my question: HAS ANYONE DURING THE PROCESS TIME ENCOUNTER ANY UPDATE LIKE I HAVE ? OR DO YOU KNOW ANYONE WHO HAS RECEIVED UPDATE WITH ALIEN REGISTRATION NUMBER CHANGE ?

my case is still NOT APPROVED and its in intial review... Please to get response to my concern if you have any experience ....

TO all who has file their petition at CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER...will you please share experience since you file in july ? who is still waiting for Approval ??

Hey Guys...i dont know what to say but this noon my case was updated with ALIEN REGISTRATION NUMBER CHANGED ... n just now I recieved a msg with another updated info. it say My CASE HAS BEEN APPROVED !! ... I filed on JULY 31st 2012 and it is approved now... Wish you all get approved too in coming week utmost...
