Well just got a message that the name change was approved, only took them bit over 6 months to get that done. Here's hoping they actually take the file under review now too.

16.07.2012 - I-130 Sent

21.07.2012 - NOA1
01.04.2013 - NOA2 (254 Days)

NVC:
19.04.2013 - Case # ,INN #
19.04.2013 - DS-3032 Sent

30.04.2013 - AOS Paid

01.05.2013 - DS-3032 Accepted

03.05.2013 - IV Paid
06.05.2013 - IV & AOS Appears as PAID
10.05.2013 - NVC AOS Received
14.05.2013 - NVC IV Received (Stuck in customs for 10 days sad.png )

18.06.2013 - Requested expedite due to NVC error

25.06.2013 - Expedite granted

02.07.2013 - Interview Assigned

Post-NVC:
18.06.2013 - Medical
23.07.2013 - Interview, approved! (368 days from NOA1)

This probably won't be much of a condolence to most, but the processing times on the USCIS website have been updated. VSC is at July 2nd, and CSC is at July 5th. Fingers crossed for some more approval

That's usually a sign that you'll get the NOA2 within a few days! Keep a lookout! good.gif

Filed I-130 , CR1, PD of July 20th, 2012.

Me too,filed in July 2012.got NOA1 within 2 weeks.since then no news except that while travelling on a Visa Waiver Program I accidentally overstayed by 1 day in 2011 and now not allowed enter USA to be with my husband until Green Card is issued.could be years?.

05/16/2013 - DS3032 accepted

05/16/2013 - AOS bill changes from PAID to NOT PAID! #######?! AOS bill paid again upon NVC rep's advice

05/20/2013 - IV bill generated and paid

05/20/2013 - IV package sent

Thank you, i did get em on Easter Sunday, i was surprised my self, i was not expecting approval, for at least 2-3 weeks.

07/10/2012 Mailed I-130 to VSC
07/15/2012 Received I-130, Priority date
03/12/13 NOA2 received via email.
04/04/13 NVC case# received.
04/04/13 AOS paid online.
04/04/13 DS-3023 emailed to NVC.
04/17/13 IV paid.

05/01/13 Civil documents sent to NVC

05/21/13 Email from NVC says all necessary documents for preintervies received.

By the way, how do we know our case are moving to NVC?

Sometimes you can a notification saying it's been sent off, but if not you can call USCIS to confirm when it got shipped to NVC.
