I-131

Hi all , hope somebody can help??? I applied for my 1-131 on June 5th , notice day June 10th and I am going on a cruise on 26th November 2006 and too England next year 2007 . I still not have recieved my Permit too travel and we now have only 36 days till we sail . I am getting so worried my wife and I have spent 1400 dollars for this and I am worried now that my permit will not arrive in time. I have called Immigration and they say when date says July 10th then they can call the department but that takes me very close too sail day, anybody have any surgestions or routes i can take too get this resolved??

You can schedule an Info Pass appointment at your local USCIS office, and bring a completed I-131 and explain your situation. I would do this a few weeks before the trip, give it a few more weeks to see if you get AP in the mail.
