Only an Obama supporter would take solace in such numbers. For the incumbant to be only one point ahead at this point is doom. The undecideds go 83% for the challenger since 1980. There are few people undecided about Obama.

For a challenger in an economy this difficult to run behind and not capitalize on his official nomination is what is doom. Obama's re-election isn't certain but make no mistake, this is an uphill battle for Romney and Ryan. Everyone knows this. Republicans know this. It's why folks like Chris Christie were more interested in jockeying for 2016 than helping Romney last week.

Trouble is, Romney tumbled from 60 on Aug 29 to 14 today on twindex. Obama is now 10 points ahead of Romney. Not that any of that matters but I just wanted to point out just how bad the convention really went for Mitt. Republicans would stand a better chance at the White House with the Eastwood / Chair ticket.

True that. We see what the brain dead kool aid drinkers say when Obama falls further after the convention. I think the conventions are long past any value. The cowards surrendered to the beauty contest called "primary elections" in the 60s and let anyone that can vote decide who their candidate will be. No wonder we get what we get. Since then it is just a bunch of hot air. On both sides. There is little "bounce" because there is little to provide a bounce.

I think after this Democratic convention which highlighted humans exploited for corporate profit and women unable to support themselves, dependent on the government for even the basic needs of f*cking..Yeah, definitely, I can see Obama getting bounced!
