Anyone booked interview at Montreal lately?

Just curious how far out you can book the interviews and when the next date was available?

We booked ours a few weeks ago and the earliest date was October 22nd (63 days out at the time). I just checked the CSC website and it now says the earliest date is November 1st.

Yeah I am hoping for an interview date like November 13-16. I got vacation during that time and hoping if we book by Friday we can get one those days. Do you HAVE to pick the earliest date? Or can you pick any date from like a calendar?

I don't know how you pick a date since my fiance did it and not me. When I go to reschedule, it brings up a statement saying the next date available is... and if I continue through, I lose my original date so I'm not risking that unless it says there's an earlier date available.

Did you send out your P3? It took us a week to receive P4 after that and we booked the date the day after.

Yeah we sent out P3 on the 27th. I called DOS today and they still have not logged it in Montreal as received. So I don't know what to think! Ugh! I hope thats normal. Possibly with the long weekend its just taking a few extra days. My fiance' sent it regular mail though instead of Loomis/DHL so I am just hoping that its taking a bit longer for that and no other reason like they lost it or something. Could be anything. But yeah we need a certain block of days in November. Its important to both of us that I am there with him and thats the only time I could get off work. So I am just praying that its available. And from the sounds of it, we should be ok. But I didn't know if there was like a calendar that you picked the day. I know the time of day doesn't matter because its first come first serve. Once you schedule your appt is there something you print off to show your appt date? I know they check for something like that before you even enter the embassy.

Yes, you can pick a date from a Calendar, and then once you have selected your date and paid you will receive a confirmation of appointment letter via an email. Hope this helps.

When you go on the site the first time it shows you a calendar from which you can choose a date. ususally if im not mistaken its like the tuesdays and thursdays unless they changed it. Even after you have booked your date you can always push it back further. Make sure that if you do decide to push it back that you do so early enough to not have to wait another month or more and also i think you have to cancel the first one at least a couple of days in advance if not a week... you would need to check that out. But yes you can choose your date.
