I actually thought Clint Eastwood was funny.

What stood out for me was when he said that 23 million Americans unemployed is a moral outrage, or something to that sort. I smiled and thought, Clint gets it. But what he doesn't seem to get is that it's no less a moral outrage that while those 23 million Americans remain unemployed, corporations are reaping in record profits, the richest 1% have gotten richer. For Clint to ignore those connections took the same kind of imagination in pretending that the empty he was talking to actually was a person.

Being that Romney is already just an empty suit it is appropriate that they have empty chairs as well. And this is really the objective of the right-wingers like the Koch brothers, to gut government of its functions benefitting the average citizens of this country.
