Hello,

I have a question about waiting time after the biometrics.

I had my biometrics on June 13th. However, I haven't heard anything since then. My case status hasn't change from initial review.

However, I had to change my address from California to Florida before I got my biometrics appointment.

I am thinking because I changed address, it's taking more time than usual.

I don't know I should call USCIS service center to let them know it's been more than two month since I had my biometrics taken.

Please let me know anyone has any idea.

When you have biometrics matters not. When did you initially file for AOS? That is the timetick to be concerned with.

Hopefully you did file the change of address form to update the USCIS database and you also called so that you case file can be updated also since it is in processing right???

I filed AOS on March 27th.

I changed my address in a middle of April.

I got NOA that said my case was n to California Service Center Many 4th.

I went to my biometrics appointment on June 13th.

When I changed my address, I think I updated my address on USCIS data base online, but maybe that wasn't it?

If I need to make sure my address is updated on USCIS data base, where do I need to call?

I called Service Center before if they can tell me my address was updated. However, they told me they cannot tell me because they don't have date at Service Center...?

And they told me I should make an appointment at regional office.

Okay... Since your case was transferred to California Service Center, you can expect a decent wait. I think the current times are 8 months or more? Has your EAD and AP been approved?
