So I was there at around 7 and was 5th or 6th in line. Everything went great and people were nice. I spent more time at the window to give documents than the actual interview. I was at window 8 with ticket c4 and it was the well-known dreadlock haired girl who interviewed me. The first part is the oath, you just needed to sayYES. The actual interview question was : tell me something about your fiancé. YES you heard me right,like a job interview. After about 1.5 minutes babbling about my story. The girl said your visa is approved and congrats and pass me the paper from the slot. I even forgot to give her the survey.;-) Thank you so much for the help, VJers!!! Wish y'all the best !!

Just a quick question: You got an RFE after it was sent to Montreal? If you don't mind me asking, what was it for? Was this before they sent out P3? We sent out P3 back to Montreal on August 27th and I'm paranoid now that they either didn't receive or something wasn't right with it! I'm freaking out!

11-21-2012: Received Passport and Visa Package Back From Montreal (DHL/LOOMIS OPENED OUR SEALED ENVELOPE! SENT BACK TO MONTREAL ON 11-23-2012 TO BE RESEALED)
12-04-2012: Recevied resealed Visa package from Montreal
12-23-2012: POE: Port Huron, Michigan (Everything Went Great!)
02-16-2013: Wedding Date! We're MARRIED!

06-20-2013: USPS Estimating Package Should Arrive in Chicago

06-24-2013: Received NOA Text and Emails for All Applications

06-27-2013: Received Physical NOAs for AOS, EAD and AP

07-16-2013: Biometrics Appointment

07-29-2013: I-485 Ready for Interview to Be Scheduled!!! YAY!!!! (No EXTREMELY Long Wait!)

08-02-2013: Received Mail with Interview Date!

09-03-2013: Interview in Detroit, Michigan (APPROVED!)

09-04-2013: EAD/AP Approved! (Even though it no longer matters because GC was approved the day before)

09-09-2013: Green Card mailed out via USPS 2-Day Air

09-11-2013: Received 2 Year Conditional Green Card in the Mail

Hi it was for my status in Canada since I am not a Canadian citizen. Well, I waited for about a week after i send out the RFE and went ahead to send out my package 3 . In another one week of time, I got package 4. I never got any notification about my package 3. There were something wrong with the record about my tracking if you read my thread but seems like I was lucky and things didn't get delayed.

March 11,2010, I flew to Dallas to visit him. We started dating.
September, 2011, we made the most stupid mistake we could have, sending out packet I-129 application without putting in a single page of supporting document.
January 12,2012, we received our declined petition letter after 5 months :-(
January 20, 2012, I flew to Dallas to prepare the packet and sent out the fiance petition
January 23, 2012, we received our noa1
May 30,2012, we received our noa2
June 13,2012, Our case was forwarded to Montreal
July 4,2012, I received RFE
July 5, 2012, I sent out RFE
July 9,2012, Montreal received my RFE
July 16,2012, I sent out my Packet 3 (I did not call Montreal to confirm if they have sent out my Packet 3)
July 25,2012, I received my Packet 4 in email
September 4,2012 at 9:10 am, visa approved !!!
September 6,2012, Visa in hand
November 17,2012, POE in Chicago
February 09,2013, Wedding

March 16,2013, AOS package sent out

March 22,2013,NOA received.

January 31, 2014, Card production
