I'm kinda upset, I found out that we are pending FBI clearance. I went ahead and applied for EAD. My father in law is really ill, I just hope everything works out for us.

everyone goes through this, just some longer than others, and is very rare for it to last more than a few months.

Thanks for the encouragement, hopefully it won't take too long, I figured if it does at least my hubby can work meanwhile to save money.

Well this is just too much for me. After 6 months of absolutely nothing. I was touched again today. Me thinks a satchel was lost somewhere or just plain forgotten to be sent, hence all these early - mid september transferees getting the emails yesterday about CSC receiving the files. Honestly, I think when they found Katie_UK's file they found the others as well. Just a theory.....

I was also touched again today after almost nothing until yesterday! I agree with your theory about Katie's file. It has to be true!

Fingers crossed! I have a good feeling about this.

I was wondering the same thing Kaffy, I haven't been touched since the transfer notice back in September and then yesterday I got the email and touched again today. What ever Katie_UK did seems to be working for all of us. Thank you Katie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lets just hope it leads to greencards an not just the USCIS messing with our minds. Which I strongly believe is their main objective with this insane process.
