I do not have any news to report here, except for the fact that I decided to apply for AP again!

BTW, did you end up sending any complaint through any senator/congressman office for your AOS?

June 12, 2004:1NOA received (dated June 7, 2004)

July 28, 2004: 2NOA (online approval)

October 25th, 2004: GOT MY VISA!

AOS TIMELINE

November 17, 2004: Entered the US through ATL

November 23, 2004: Married in Des Moines, IA

December 14, 2004: AOS, EAD and AP sent to Chicago

January 31, 2005: AP approved

February 17, 2005: biometrics

February 17, 2005: EAD approved

September 19, 2005: AOS transferred to CSC

September 22, 2005: AOS petition received CSC

April 19, 2006: AOS APPROVED! welcome notice sent

April 25, 2006: GREEN CARD received!

REMOVING CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCY

Junuary 15, 2008: I-751 package mailed to TSC

January 29, 2008: NOA1 receipt date (petition transferred to Vermont Service Center)

February 23, 2008: Biometrics

December 2, 2008: APPROVAL NOTICE SENT!

Micius - I had drafted a letter but then I hesitated .. thinking that I'd hang on until the end of the 180 day timeline that CSC had given when I e mailed them.

I too decided that I'd better apply for AP for my little girl as she has to go over to the UK to see her father during the Summer holidays - I held back on applying for AP for myself hoping that by then I'd have an approval.

I'm just hoping now that I don't get an RFE on the AOS as the last thing I want now is any delays in the AP applicaiton.

My case was transfered to CSC on Feb 24th... and i got this today.

On March 16, 2006, your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received here for processing. It is taking between 270 and 300 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

Feb 2005 - APPROVED for K1 Visa

June - 2005 - Moved to the USA =)

Apr - 2006 - APPROVED AOS Without Interview!!

Feb - 2008 - REMOVAL of conditions!!!!!

02/20/2008 - Package was sent to TSC.

02/25/2008 - Package confirmed received at TSC.

Bump - any updates?

I've just checked the online status for both mine and my daughters and it looks like we've both received RFE's. The status and message was dated yesterday ... now we'll have to wait and see what the RFE is for. I didnt send the vaccination supplements so maybe that's it.

A few months ago an interview was listed but then cancelled, I had the vaccination supplements filled out but never sent them as I thought I'd take them with me to the interview but of course htat was cancelled. My question is:- IF the RFE's are for the vaccination supplements should I send these or should I obtain new ones?? I'm just hoping that we dont have to go and pay for new full medicals!!

As for myself, I contacted a senator few days ago and received a letter from his office yesterday saying they are looking into it. Fingers crossed!

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you too Micius!! It's about time "us Atlantians" heard something!!

I'm now going to be on pins until I receive the RFE's ... I'm hoping it will be for updated Affidavits as I really don't want to have to pay out for full medicals (money is very tight at the moment), I'll let everyone know as soon as I receive the RFE's what exactly they are for though.

I received this email last week. I had emailed CSC again because my wife's EAD expires soon and I was wondering how long it would take to get FBI name check done, since that was what we were waiting for. This FBI check took a little over 3 months.

"The FBI background check just cleared as of 03/02/2006 so I'm ordering

this file to have it sent to the adjudications section to resume

processing and hopefully the final adjudication. Please allow 2-3 weeks

for this process. Thank you.
