We were touched yesterday (Jan 31st)! I'm convinced that the last touch on Jan 15th was a fluke, so I'm hopeful that this one means something.

Conditions Removed! Ten-year green card received 6/24/2009. No more USCIS for a very long time.

Hey Ridley, my daughter's case was touched on the 15th and then again on the 31st like yours as well.

As for mine, still nothing since the 9/9/06, thinking about ringing them today, but only if I feel like getting frustrated... :whistle:

Kaffykat, I think touches are good things. I hope you both get approved very soon!

We haven't heard anything since the curious touch on the 15th - but I don't think we are taking that as anything bad considering our AP is listed still as pending and we have had it and used it last year with no problems. Wouldn't surprise us at all if something dropped out of our post box from USCIS and they still failed to update our web information.

I have, while waiting, been sending an email (one every few weeks, lol) to the webmaster of the USCIS site asking that they 1. update the processing times more than once a month as after the 17th the info isn't helpful to us despite the miss-information line telling us that is our information source, and 2. include the I-485 family based adjustment of status for the CSC as the 'employment based' information is as useful to us as a chocolate fireguard.

I may have used different words :whistle:

hi i would like to be include in the list my case just has been transfer to california jan 30. is this a good thing??? mi local office is st paul minnesota, mi boi appointment is feb 6 of 2007 can somebody explain about this transfer please???

Generally transfer to CSC is a good thing in the AOS process Giguis. In most cases it means you will be approved without having an interview and also is a lot quicker, welcome to the LIST!!!!
