Updated List of CSC Transferees

Hi all,

I didn't have a chance to add us to this list. I figured we had quite awhile to go! But here we are with our AOS approved.

I don't know if this info helps with the list calculating dates, times, etc. but here it is!

AOS, AP, EAD apps:

delivered 12/4

received 12/7

received noa's 12/11

touched 12/14

Biometrics NOA dated 12/8, rec'd 12/16, appt 12/22

I-485 transferred to CSC 12/27, touches: 1/4, 1/5 (arrived CSC), 1/8, 1/9, 1/17, 1/18;

1/23 - approved/welcome notice email

I-131 touch 12/19

I-765 touch 12/27, 1/3

I have a question especiallyfor those of you whose cases were transferred prior to November. How many of you have received notice that your file was received at CSC? Mine was transferred on October 16, but I haven't heard a thing since. Besides the bogus 'touch' on Jan. 15, not a thing has happened. I tried calling the info line, but failed to get a real person. I did get a good laugh though when the voice says that they process applications in order of receipt. I think we all know that's a crock. There are at least 20 cases listed on here that were transferred after mine that have been approved already, and I'm far from the oldest case! I'm beginning to wish my case hadn't been transferred, do at least I could check the processing dates and have some clue when my turn would come.

Congrats to all who have been approved, and good luck to those who have been transferred.

I heard, and my current notification states that it is pending at the office to which it was transferred, and lists CSC as said office.

Mine was transferred last September 23, 2006. And I got my EAD on Dec 8. After that, I havent heard from INS.

September 8, 2006 - EAD, AOS submitted

September 13, 2006 - NOA1

September 29, 2006 - BIOMETRICS

September 23, 2006 - TRANSFERRED TO CSC

December 8, 2006 - EAD Approval

Hi! Got an email saying that they ordered production of my card. Guess that means I can move up to the approved list!

I got transferred on the 4th of October and didn't get my CSC received it email for well over a month, and I know of others who never got it at all. Somehow some of us just fall through the cracks, I don't know why the received email takes so long/never arrives for some but I suspect the slow approvals for some of us might have to do with FBI namechecks. The infoline is useless in finding that info out, at least it was for me, I just got yelled at by the lady for trying to compare my case with other people who had gotten the letter.

On December 6, 2006, we transferred this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing..........

Did I get approved for a green card??

If so, can you add me to the list? If not, can someone help me understand what this last touch means....

But I recieved a welcome to CSC on 12/20/06 and I receieved the pending email on 1/4/2007.....

Thats why this email confussed me...

The e-mail is pre-dated to everything else. I think you were meant to receive it at the beginning of December, but the e-mail system got screwed up (as it often does).

Don't be too worried. I'd wait a few weeks to see if your green card arrives. If not, you might want to schedule an infopass, to make sure all is as it should be.
