We got a touch, too, for the first time since late October. I'm suspicious. Yesterday was a federal holiday. I think it was a glitch. :rolleyes:

ETA: Did anyone not get touched yesterday (Jan 15th)? I'm curious to see whether it was some kind of system-wide thing.

Conditions Removed! Ten-year green card received 6/24/2009. No more USCIS for a very long time.

I wasn't touched yesterday on my pending case so it looks like they were genuine touche rather than a system wide thing. I was told by a customer service person that my case online was not being updated (don't know if that was to get me off the phone and fob me off or whether it is actually the case) so maybe I was touched too but just don't know i. Haha wishful thinking probably.

Does anyone know about kaffykat or some of the others who are ahead of me on the list? I wonder if they got touched or maybe even approved yet?

I feel that pain! It's nice to see a date that's not October on the website, though, even if it doesn't mean anything.

I'm still hoping.

The touch on our online case status says 1/15/07. Last touch was 11/18/06. Who knows. *sigh*

Hi everyone!!

Just an update for our AOS transfer to CSC status.

as per my timeline i was approved 17 days after my K1 AOS transfer to CSC, but i received my greencard 27 days after the transfer.

And just today for my K2 son AOS status, i've received this on my email: :dance::dance:

Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On January 17, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you.

So as I patterned my timeline to my son K2 AOS, it takes him an approval 75 days after the transfer to CSC, and hopefully we will received his greencard after 1 week today, as likely the timeline i received my greencard thru mail.

I wish more speed approval of processing to my fellow Vjer's k1/k2 transferees!! GOD BLESS ALL!!

Sorry kids, but we had a touch 1/15/07 as well, after having no touches since 9/27/07, and are now pending on a transfer date after the Pending Date listed on the site, so looks like a glitch.
