OH why did I bother calling the 1800 number. She was like, don't compare your case to anyone elses and yelled at me for asking each question and comparing, so I hung up on her and thanked her for her lack of help. Anyone know how to get to a higher up who can tell me more than what I can find myself online?

I am sorry but I do not know how you can talk to a supervisor or manager maybe someone will know. Did you ask to speak with someone higher? If not call back and see if you can get someone else that is more helpful.

Are you close to you D.O. and maybe you can make an infopass. I do not know how much they can help with your situation.

I know this sucks to hear but I filed my wife’s AOS package almost two months before you and it was approved less than a month ago. So maybe you will be approved soon. Check out my timeline.

5 hours away, so Infopass isn't an option. I remember seeing a post somewhere else on here about how they called and were told it was weird to not have a letter yet saying it's been received but this kook kept going on about how it will be 30 days till I get my letter saying it's been transferred when I kept saying I already have it and how comparing my case isn't allowed (what else can I do?). I might try back later for a different person. Customer service people are there to help, they shouldn't be rude! I did try ask to speak to someone with more information but she wouldn't ever let me finish the sentence every time I tried to ask.I'm not worried about approval or trying to jump in line, I just want to know my case isn't lost somewhere and CSC actually received it.

The same thing happened to me, except i had the same abusive person 3 times in a row when i called, finally i called back but went about it a different way,for examle, instead of punching #2, then 1, then 4 .... i punched 2, then 1 then 2 then 6,....(cant remember exactly what numbers i punched), and i ended up speaking to a very nice, polite, helpful lady, i managed to get the abusive lady's name and work id #, the helpful lady even gave me an addy to write to to make a complaint about the abusive one. (which i will deffinatly be doing once my children and myself have our greencards)

After try for 3 weeks with the abusive lady and getting no where, the very nice lady had it sorted for me in 2 days

Sigh, I called again and got a guy this time, he said about same thing except this time saying it can be 30 days till they update it online, so I told him I'll call back on November 3rd! At least he didn't interrupt me or yell at me....
