We received the "case pending" email this morning at 9:52am. Two, acutually.

we got our "pending e-mail on Friday!!!!

our timelines are almost identical........I hope this part goes smoothly :whistle:

That's really great you guys!! I hope mine comes soon too...it's just nice to know it's actually at CSC!

I think I'm gonna try my luck and email CSC to ask if the fact that we got the RFE for the medical means we are out of FBI namecheck. So far no resolution in finding the medical but James has contacted a family friend in the Dept of State to see if he can possibly help.

Almost 50 days since our transfer and still no "pending" e-mail or update. I really want to know if they have it and if they're working on it since it seems they have started on the other March cases.

03/21/2007 - NOA1, Checks cashed

06/01/2007 - EAD card production e-mail received (74 days)

07/27/2007 - EAD RECEIVED (57 days after approval)

11/29/2007 - Infopass appointment - file was sent to a storage facility before it was finished processing.

05/28/2008 - Received AOS Interview notice

07/10/2008 - AOS Interview-APPROVED pending fingerprints

09/22/2008 - GREEN CARD IN HAND!

I would call USCIS...they probably won't know much-but you have nothing to lose at this point!

It was six weeks *after* we got the email stating our case was being transferred that we got the email stating our case was actually *at* CSC.

That's ridiculous. They should let you know sooner just to keep you from pulling out your hair worrying.

On the other hand, my daughter's file got transferred twice, go figure...

It won't be long now, kaffykat, I honestly think they probably sent your daughter's to storage realized their mistake when they approved the other AOS, and just then started processing. Ours was transferred twice and pending twice, have not heard anything for 5 months.

Applied for Citizenship May 02, 2012

Citizenship Oath Election Day November 6, 2012

Hoping to retire in Philippines 2022
