My EAD was approved, yay! Update the list if you like. Now they can take as long as they want with the AOS ... I'm so happy to be able to go back to work!

If I were you, I wouldn't hold my breath. Just enjoy your life, don't think about it and let it be like a pleasant surprise when it happens.

That's what we are doing to avoid driving ourselves round the bend :)

can anybody give me a guess for what RFE am going recive?

i made all points that i can remmber

1) i already recived tax RFE and i send it back and they recived it

2) am already over 125% proverty line and more

3) i already send the doctor vaccantions papers

4) i send alll evdince of marrige to them before

what else can someone recive RFE for?

also, i think i might get an interview or transfer after this second RFE

anybody knows any experince or help i would really appericate it

Could be that a page is missing. Just wait for the notice in the mail and answer their questions as promptly as possible. Most likely it's something simple that you have on hand.

We were put through the ringer while applying for the K-1, everything that could have went wrong did so as of now I am optomistic(well trying to be). I just don't know why they are sending every application there when obviously there is a huge backlog :blink:

I am expecting a long wait :blush:

I'm with you guys. Waiting for K1 when we couldn't be together and there was the wedding all planned was stressful. This part, however, is just about sitting back and waiting, especially once you have travel permit and EAD. Still... it will be nice once green card is in hand :-)
