Hey Everyone!

I guess I'm a newbie to the transfer list. I received a notice in the mail yesterday that my case had been transferred to CSC on May 10.

The only weird thing is, that my online case updates haven't updated or done anything since April 19 when I was touched for my biometrics notice.

No email, or anything. I don't know if I should be worried, or if my case online is just lagging.

Odd, I think, but oh well, here I am! :D And hoping that we all have speedy approvals!

2007-03-06 : NOA1 AOS /EAD

2007-03-28: Transferred to CSC

2007-05-17: EAD Card Production Ordered

2007-05-21: I485 Approved

2007-05-24: EAD Card Received

2007-06-01: Green Card Received!!

Removal of Conditions:

2009-02-27: Sent I-751

2009-03-07: NOA I-751

2009-03-31: Biometrics Appt. Hartford

2009-07-21: Touched (first time since biometrics) Perhaps address change?

2009-07-28: Approved at VSC

2009-08-25: Received card in the mail

Naturalization

2012-08-20: Submitted N-400

2013-01-18: Became Citizen

2016

Jul 5 - Receipt date for I-130 petition for my over 21 brother and his wife (both in the UK)

2024

Feb 23 - Sent USCIS a message asking for a processing update

May 6 - Received an email response saying things were progressing normally but that waiting times might be longer

Sept 16 - NOA1s received

2014

Feb 25, 26 & 28 - got emails saying that the cases had been transferred to another office, then to my local office, and then just transferred and are being processed

Mar 17 - got email, attached to one case number only, saying that my A number was changed relating to the I-130 filing

Mar 20 - N-400 receipt date for my father

hey same with me....our case had not been updated since the 9th of april...then i was getting tired of getting the run around with the uscis so i called my senator's office they called uscis and found out we were transferd on the 10th of may as well...and also yesterday got the notice in the mail that we had been transferd...

Just wondering - did you ever e-mail them to see if your case had been received? If you did, I wonder if that prompted the pending status change.

Either way, yay! At least you know it's there and in line to be approved.

I did email them (I guess it was Monday of this week) but never got a response. I did consider that the update on my case status could be a result of that. Regardless, I'm happy that it's there, I can tell you that!

It typically takes about ten days to get an email response out of them.
